Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist 2 to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Support Specialist 2, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the overall functionality of our organization’s IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
